Bone mineral density in F2 progeny from a C57BL/6J x CAST/EiJ intercross

Description

An intercross of C57BL/6J and CAST/EiJ was generated to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) for bone mineral density. F2 females were tested for femoral density. For detailed protocols see Beamer et al., 1999.

Please note that only files prefixed with '37' have had the mit marker positions translated to the Shifman Build 37.
