Description
An intercross of a congenic strain B6.CAST-17 and CAST/Ei was generated to identify quantitative trait locus (QTL) affecting total fool intake, fat/protein (F/P) and carbohydrate/protein (C/P) proportions. For detailed information see Kumar et al. 2008.
