Kidney parameters predicting renal cystic disease severity in F2 progeny of BALB/c-Bicc1jcpk-bpk and CAST/EiJ

Description

An intercross between BALB/c-Bicc1jcpk-bpk and CAST/EiJ was generated to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) that modulate renal cystic disease severity. Kidney parameters were measured in F2 (bpk/bpk) mice at 12-16 days of age. For detailed protocols see Guay-Woodford et al., 2000.

Please note that only files prefixed with '37' have had the mit marker positions translated to the Shifman Build 37.
