UV-induced immunosuppression in backcross mice (involving BALB/cAnNCrl and C57BL/6NCrl)
Description
A backcross involving BALB/cAnNCrl and C57BL/6NCrl inbred mouse strains was generated to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) involved in UV-induced immunosuppression. Backcross progeny were tested for systemic immunosuppression of a contact hypersensitivity response. Intervention: UV radiation dose 4.5 kJ/m2 for 15 min. Sensitization: trinitrochlorobenzene (TNCB). For detailed protocols see Clemens et al., 2000.
Please note that only files prefixed with '37' have had the mit marker positions translated to the Shifman Build 37.
